Returns

Eligibility:

• We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Process:

1. Initiate Return:

   • Contact our customer service team at support@efdnewyork.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
   • Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Confirmation:

   • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return confirmation and shipping instructions.

3. Pack and Ship:

   • Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and documents.
   • Ship the package using a traceable and insured shipping method. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Inspection and Refund:

   • Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them.
   • If approved, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

Cancellations

Eligibility:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been shipped.

Process:

• To cancel an order, contact us at 9000010703 with your order number and the reason for cancellation.
• If the order is eligible for cancellation, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
